Our delivery options

We only deliver within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein.

Collection at Wangen SZ
What does this apply to? Everything. Individual items, furniture, tables, accessories, etc.
Delivery time: Ready within 2 working days. Collection by appointment.
Cost: CHF 0.00

Collection from the ZH showroom
Applies to: Individual items and small parts. Excludes chairs, furniture, etc.
Delivery time: Available from Wednesday next week at the ZH showroom.
Cost: CHF 0.00

Parcel delivery
Applies to: individual items, small goods and parcels.
Delivery time: 3–6 days
Cost: CHF 15.00, free for orders totalling CHF 300.00 or more.
Partial deliveries are possible.

Delivery to the kerbside
Applies to: furniture, tables and bulky items. Delivered to the front of the building.
Delivery time: 3–10 days – delivery date by prior arrangement.
Costs: Dependent on the delivery address.
Once you have logged in or registered, the delivery costs will be displayed in your basket.

Delivery to the point of use
What this applies to: furniture, tables and bulky items. Delivered to your chosen location.
Delivery time: 5–10 days – delivery date by prior arrangement.
Costs: Dependent on the delivery address.
Once you have logged in or registered, the costs will be displayed in your basket.

Please select this option for deliveries involving bespoke additional services, such as the fitting of accessories, alterations or the disposal of old furniture. We will contact you and provide you with a bespoke quote.

Our carriers

We endeavour to organise the best possible delivery for your order. Depending on your order, we will commission one of the following companies to handle the transport:

1. DHL: for parcels containing individual parts, accessories and small items.
2. Stauffacher USM-market: for larger items of furniture, multiple items, delivery with assembly, or delivery to a specific floor.
3. Lorry deliveries: for general cargo to the kerbside without assembly, e.g. individual pieces of furniture, cabinet units, tables and lamps

For deliveries via DHL (1.), you will receive a dispatch confirmation from us as soon as the goods have been handed over to DHL.

If we handle the delivery ourselves (2), we will get in touch within 3 days to arrange the next available delivery slot.

If the delivery is handled by our partner Camion Transporte, you will receive a dispatch confirmation from us as soon as the goods have been handed over to the transport company. Camion Transporte will arrange a delivery date directly with you once the goods have arrived at the relevant distribution centre.

Our payment methods

We offer the following payment methods to all customers:

• MasterCard or Visa
  You pay by credit card at the "Checkout".
• PostFinance Card
  You pay with your Postcard at the "Checkout".
• TWINT
  You pay at the "Checkout" using your TWINT app.
• PayPal
  You will be redirected to the PayPal page at the "Checkout" stage.
• Payment method: Prepayment/bank transfer
  for business customers

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the invoice amount is due for payment within 5 calendar days of the order date. The order will only be dispatched or processed once full payment has been received in our bank account. If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and the order.

Alternative payment terms or purchase on account after delivery are available on request exclusively for public authorities, educational institutions and verified large enterprises, subject to manual verification.

All payment methods are free of charge and available regardless of the items ordered, the value of the goods or the chosen delivery method.

Partial deliveries

For the ‘Parcel Delivery’ shipping method, we offer the option of split delivery. If an order consists of items with different delivery times (some available from stock and others with longer delivery times), you have the following options:

Combined delivery: We will not dispatch the order until all items are fully in stock. For total order values of CHF 300.– or more, this delivery is free of charge (below this amount, a flat rate of CHF 15.– applies).

Partial delivery: You will receive the items that are immediately available first; the remaining goods will follow later. The delivery charges in this case are calculated based on the total value of the order:

• Up to CHF 299.99: Delivery charges apply for both deliveries (a total of 2 x CHF 15).
• From CHF 300.– to 599.99: One delivery is free of charge for you. You only pay the flat-rate fee for the second delivery (1x CHF 15.–).
• From CHF 600.–: Both deliveries are completely free of charge for you.
