- Your enquiry:
Please email us a description of the furniture you’re looking for, ideally with a photo, image or sketch. - Assessment and quotation:
We’ll check availability with our warehouse and send you our quote by email. - Order confirmation:
If you accept our offer, we would be delighted to receive your written confirmation. The order will be forwarded to the workshop immediately, and you will receive the invoice by email, which also serves as your order confirmation. Your goods will be reserved for you from that point onwards. - Delivery time:
Delivery usually takes around 2 weeks, provided all parts are in stock.

Quality and sustainability
When assembling new shelving units from second-hand USM parts, we carefully inspect and clean every element. Wherever possible, we use second-hand USM Haller parts. If not all parts are in stock, we supplement them with new or freshly coated original USM Haller elements.
