The base is made of solid oak and the worktop surface is black and similar to linoleum, but much harder and more durable. Horgenglarus ’ Classic bar stools are a perfect match for this table. Manufacturer’s description: Some furniture designs are so good that they remain compelling even decades later. The Model 1600 was first produced in 1963 and is still regarded today as a particularly consistent example of classical modernism. The frame is made of solid, chrome-plated flat steel.
