Procedure on the day of the sale
From 9 am, you are welcome to pop in without an appointment and view the furniture with no obligation to buy.
We have very bright lighting, so that you don't have a nasty surprise when loading the furniture outside in the sun. (The furniture isn't lit quite as well from the sides. You are, of course, welcome to tilt the furniture for a better view. We'd be happy to help you with this.)
As soon as you have spotted a piece of furniture in the showroom that you would like to buy, please speak to one of our sales staff. We will mark the item with your name and give you a slip to take to the till.
From now on, the furniture is reserved for you subject to payment. You can continue to browse the showroom at your leisure. Should any further items of furniture be added, your slip will be updated accordingly.
Finally, you can present the slip at the till and pay.
