Discount system
This is how we reward your loyalty
Depending on the total value of all your orders, you will be assigned to one of these groups:
- Group 1 – Shop customer without a discount – from 0.00 CHF
- Group 2 – Shop customer with 5 % discount – from 5,000.00 CHF
- Group 3 – Shop customer with 10 % discount – from 10,000.00 CHF
Important information about your customer discount
Customer group allocation
Reassignment to a specific discount group does not happen automatically. If you believe you are entitled to a different discount group, please contact us – we will be happy to check this for you.
Application & Visibility
Once your personal discount has been applied, it will be displayed directly in your basket and automatically deducted during the checkout process. The discount will also be shown in detail on your order confirmation email.
Combining discounts
Please note that your customer group discount cannot be combined with the warehouse sale discount (10 %).
Which discount group do I belong to?
Log in to the shop and add an item to your basket. In the basket and at the checkout you will then see your discount.
