Accessory Items

These USM Haller ‘chrome corners’ are required to secure the glass elements in the tubular frame.The price is per item.90-degree angle, chrome-plated.Condition: As newPreparationThe fabric adhesives must be attached to the corners of the glass panel.Position all 4 glass holders at the corners of the glass panel and ensure that the eccentric screw is aligned so that the mark points towards the tip of the glass holder. This ensures the lowest possible tension.Place a blanket inside the furniture beneath the glass element so that the glass is protected if it slips.Insert the glass into the frame and carefully insert the 4 mm Allen key from underneath into the socket of the eccentric screw. It is important that the Allen key is inserted deep enough into the screw to prevent the screw head from becoming stripped.Turn the individual eccentrics in the glass holder alternately and gradually so that the tension builds up evenly on all sides.Good to know:Due to the eccentric shape, the clamping jaw or pressure wedge moves against the glass. Turn it only until you feel noticeable resistance and the play has been eliminated.Check that the glass is securely in place.Check the glass again after the furniture has been transported or moved.If it wobbles, the eccentric must be retightened.
